During the conference Immersed in 5G, organized by the Origini Project and held in Milan on Tuesday, Nov. 19, Maurizio Martucci, an investigative journalist who for nearly 20 years has dedicated himself to delving into the uses and purposes of technological evolution and radio frequencies, as a first step is keen to clarify that 5G is not for mobile telephony. It is just a necessary step to get to 6G, which will then be used for the management of a post-human, microchipped hybrid that is supposed to lead us into post-humanity. If, in fact, with 5G we start with objects and the Internet of Things (IOT= Internet of Things), creating a techno-cage, with 6G we get to the Internet of Bodies for the management of the futuristic techno-human.

But let's go step by step. They started by dividing cities into ZTLs (Restricted Traffic Zones) to inhibit the free movement of citizens on the urban territory under the pretext of wanting to pursue the Agenda 2030 goal on climate change and try to change lifestyles considered unsustainable and producers of excess CO2. Milan, along with Rome, is also part of the world's top 40 champion cities, the C40, which by decision of their mayors Sala and Gualtieri, are participating in this global competition that aims to transform urban sites into "smart cities," again with the facade statement of championing innovative zero-carbon and climate-resilient projects. Projects that include ZTL zoning, speeds reduced to 30kmh, travel limited to 15', public and private electric mobility, digital meters, computerized consumption controls of apartment buildings, digital driver's license and ID cards, social credits, elimination of cash, etc.

And that's where the 5G network comes in, which will serve, through antennas and cameras, to monitor that citizens comply with all these new rules. We will no longer have any freedom or autonomy to live our lives. Or in the words of journalist Franco Fracassi: "They call them 'smart cities,' but there is nothing smart about them except the ways in which they lock us all up in cages. The technocratic System is taking advantage of our desire for security, of the induced fear about the end of life on Earth, of our laziness that drives us to seek an increasingly simplified life, to create cities around us with high-tech surveillance systems, certainly not to protect us but to prevent us from rebelling."

In short, if there is a problem there is a solution, Martucci continues, and the solution is always digital. As during the Covid emergency, when leaving the house was not allowed, here is DAT and smart working ready. For all other emergencies like war, floods, climate change, the only actor that remains constant is digital. Brussels gives us 200 billion euros for the PNRR (National Recovery and Resilience Plan), and half is used for the digital and ecological transition of Agenda 2030, because technology is the backbone to implement the civil society change that will transform the Italian Republic into the Republic of Gigabites. Exactly as is happening in China.

"If you want to understand where they are taking us," Martucci explains, "look at China, which has the 8 largest smart cities in the world, with millions of cameras monitoring h24 what citizens are doing."

The concept of digital identity and IT wallet, devised by Meloni, is not limited to digital identity per se, but is linked to the concept of social credit, so if digitized surveillance leads me to zero points, they can block my bank account. In Kuwait it has already gone further, and they will block your bank account if you just refuse to give biometric fingerprints for your facial recognition. "Not realizing what's going on risks us going the way of the boiled frog," Martucci says.

In 2026, the CDBC (Central Bank Digital Currency) digital currency will start, which has the potential to be time-programmable, with a well-defined spending capacity, and this is where 5G comes in with home automation and controlling your spending. If it will be managed by one centralized bank, all banks will disappear for zero-carbon management, as there are already zero-carbon credit cards, again according to this great philosophical container that is the 2030 Agenda.

But what they do not tell us, and which is instead illustrated excellently by Fracassi in unveiling the falsehood of this sustainability façade, is that despite flaunting all this zero CO2, Artificial Intelligence (AI), in order to run with all its data centers, needs a monstrous amount of energy and an equally monstrous amount of water to cool the servers, both of which are very penalizing for human eco-sustainability.

A simple Google search consumes energy equal to driving 100km, and a regular AI data center consumes as much as a country of 32 million people. Ireland, chosen by the AI multinationals because it is rich in water, had agreed to host several data centers but when it discovered that all together consumed as much as a nation of 550 million people, it did not renew the contract. Now, Fracassi says, it is in the process of moving to Italy per Meloni's approval. So it is reasonable to predict future blackouts, land seizures for wind and photovoltaics, and water shortages. The evidence is undeniable: if I need this facility to check that citizens are behaving sustainably, according to them zero CO2, the balance sheet turns out to be negative by an exaggerated amount of CO2 anyway. So they are lying with a narrative that doesn't stand up.

Even on the health effects of electromagnetism and radio frequencies, which are essential for transferring data in real time, they are not telling us the whole truth. The institution responsible for ensuring that this technology will not harm us is ICNIRP (International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection) and it is private. It is composed of technicians and scientists, but not medical doctors; it researches only the thermal effect of the wave technology, that is, the damage it can cause by overheating caused to our cells, but not the biological effect, that is, the damage it can cause directly to our cells, for example of the brain, or to someone who is a pacemaker wearer. The scientific journal The Lancet, however, in 2018 publishes research on the Earth's natural background, that is, everything that makes up the natural and untouchable structure of our planet, and reports that since after World War II it has been disrupted by 10¹⁸ times: that is, a billion trillion times.

Martucci points out that private research states that there are no effects in 68 percent of cases and public research states that there are biological harms in at least 70 percent of cases. In the disputes we stick to the fact that there is no certainty of the data, and this stalls the 5G multinationals, which meanwhile make a profit and have more time to develop and deploy 6G. But the data appears to be there, and he cites a court dispute concluded in 2011 in which Vatican Radio was found responsible for the deaths of 200 people due to the radiation of its radio waves that exceeded the electromagnetic threshold limit. On this occasion, the value of the electrosmog created was found to be 25 volts per meter (v/m), when the allowable limit was set at 6 v/m.

Other established biological effects caused by exposure to electrosmog include: damage to the blood-brain barrier, increased risk of neurodegenerative diseases, infertility, neurobehavioral disorders, direct neuronal cell damage, fetal damage and neurodevelopmental alterations, increased oxidative stress, DNA damage, endocrine metabolic disorders, altered heart rhythm, and glioblastoma (malignant tumor) formations in the brain or spinal cord. The latter has more than doubled in Britain and quadrupled in France since the advent of mobile telephony.

The ISS stated that they "cannot state with absolute certainty that such exposure may not affect the mental and physical health of people exposed to it." Since 2011, WHO has declared radio frequencies as carcinogens. This forced the IARC (International Agency for Research on Cancer) to further research the reclassification of radio frequencies in the carcinogenesis of mankind, that is, to decide whether to classify them as possibly carcinogenic or 100% carcinogenic. Needless to say, mysteriously the funding to carry out this research was stopped and the research remained unfinished. Obviously, if they were classified as carcinogenic, the whole castle of 5G, smart cities and the whole project of techno-cage and techno-bodies would have collapsed.

But if the cell phone is deregulated, because there is no limit imposed on power density in v/m for the near field, there is a law regulating antennas, the far field. Until last April, Italy was among the best in the world in protection from electromagnetism with a limit of 6v/m, but as a result of pressure from multinationals over the years and different governments demanding that the thresholds be raised, the Meloni government gave in, and approved with Law 214 of 12/30/2023 the increase to 15v/m. This increase was not to operate the 5G antennas that were already there and had been contracted at 6v/m, but to save multinationals 4 billion euros on the amount of antennas to be installed. By increasing the power of the 100,000 radio stations and telephone antennas already in the country, they avoided installing another 18,000 antennas. This has not stopped the increase in installations, however, because competing operators in the industry are increasing, and everyone wants their own antenna. Today we have 7 operators, 5 for telephony and 2 for internet. Rome is the most electro-magnetized city in Europe with more than 9,000 antennas. And emissions are increasing everywhere as a result.

Martucci also took care to denounce the indiscriminate cutting of trees that has been carried out over the past 5 years, an eco-destruction directly related to 5G antennas since the tree is a solid element that acts as a barrier to frequency propagation.

"But 5G," Martucci urges, "is not for the cell phone. It's a deception, a red herring, it's for creating the techno-cage for changing lifestyles to get to the Internet of Things and the 2030 agenda. And the techno-cage is built on our children."

They divided the population into over 50 and under 50. The former will be a nuisance for another 20 years at most and then they will go out of the picture, and so they are not needed. But the latter, who have been called the digital natives not by chance, are important because they are building on them the future of electro-caging, a transhumanism that has assumptions that are already visible and striking: compulsive use of the cell phone, smartwatch payments, use of earbuds, all with instruments that are attached to the body, one step before having it inside the body.

A meeting point is being sought between big pharma and big phone for tele-medicine, remote care. If they find a trait d'union it will come down to the techno-man, and it will be AI that will run the whole operation.

The assumptions of this program start from the concept that transhumanists consider human beings to be fallible because they are born, get sick and die. Therefore, a form of immortality is sought, trying to improve the living being with technologies. But this takes into account only the body and not our part of consciousness, divine and spiritual.

The microchipping strand is bullyingly advancing brought forward by Elon Musk, who is dangerous in that he runs companies that produce humanoid robots, Starlink, Tesla, robotics, and in association with Bill Gates wants to black out the sun. Meanwhile, the first microchip has been implanted in a human brain. They have experimented on pigs and macaques, all of which died with excruciating suffering, and now they are experimenting on Alzheimer's and Parkinson's patients. Obviously with the starting assumption of helping the disadvantaged. If it works on sick people they will transfer it to healthy people.

6G is for bodies because 6G antennas can sense bodies. This means they will be able to monitor our every move, even when we are at home. This is what graphene, a metal with extraordinary conducting qualities and found to be contained in vaccines and certain drugs, is for, which will act as a link between the human body, which will contain a unique identifying MAC code, and the device. Frequency detectors can already identify them in the bodies of the living and the dead after 2020.

The first hospital in the Metaverse is also born in Cagliari. Optimus, Tesla's humanoid robot from Elon Musk is already in restaurants, and even religions are trying to humanize technology and are talking about a clash between light and darkness; an apocalyptic clash between biology, nature, human beings and anti-nature, robotics, transhumanism, technology. The common thread of all emergencies is digital, so everything is coming.

The timeline of transhumanism, reported in a military document, sets 2035 as the year of the convergence of man and technology. In 1948, Orwell got the date wrong-it was not 1984 but 2030, the year of the globalist agenda. But these were things they were working on even then and they knew them. As early as 1962, in the Trapani Nuova newspaper, an article was published with the headline, "In the year 2000, cell phones will do it all"-they will allow you to read the newspaper and do banking.

"But I don't see," Martucci says, "any light forces or real opposition. BRICS and NATO are playing the same game. In Russia there is a project called Russia 2045 and it's another transhumanist program by someone like Elon Musk who wants to detach the brain from the biological part and transfer it to a silicon medium. There are no strong obstructionist countries.

I see one faint hope in Robert Kennedy Jr, of the Trumpian administration. With his Children Defense association, he is the only one who has ever fought against 5G.

Martucci's proposed solutions are Gandhian in origin: "Just as Gandhi with a step backward, not forward, created the greatest revolution man can remember in the world, we too must take a step backward, disconnecting ourselves from all that is digitized. I have not had a cell phone for over 10 years. People ask me how I do it. But do we understand what is coming? Then let's take our responsibility."

Martucci calls for a broad view to understand the program as a whole and try to protect ourselves, "We have to raise our vibrations and respond as human beings, we have to make ourselves prepared and ready for this kind of historical moment. Information is important. If a person does not know, he does not become aware, and if he is not aware, he cannot act and defend himself, much less interpret what is happening.

I say this with extreme transparency: we will not be the ones to win; but they will be the ones to lose, because it is a program that is against nature, too aggressive, violent and against everything that has been created. Nothing has been excluded, and no one can be called out.

After raising our awareness, we must create a virtuous process of exclusion from the techno-cage and then the techno-man.

We must not accept the smart meter, we must not use digital tools to pay but use cash. We don't watch TV, we reject the digital ID card, and we turn off wi-fi when we are not using it. We must come to a time when our stances are radical acts of awareness without wavering."

"If we skip the transition today, it will be impossible for our children to go back. The responsibility is not only on the present moment, but on what is coming. Because it will become impossible for our children to understand the difference between the real and the digital. They will end up like that mother who resurrected her dead daughter in a liquid reality in order to keep seeing her, and they will live in a liquid world because of us, who will have become collaborators in a transhuman and anti-biological project. They want to turn the real world into an artificial world. If we understand the fullness of the digital transition agenda, we will achieve the open-mindedness that makes us realize that if we want to stop the Internet of Bodies and the transhumanism of 6G, we have to stop 5G.

We have to stop the Internet of Things and the whole operation by creating a virtuous process, not to win but to slow them down. Because the whole operation revolves around money, and if you decrease 5G subscribers, you prevent the process from moving forward expeditiously. They are struggling financially, you can see it in the layoffs. They have very big, ambitious projects, and that's what makes me say they're going to be the losers. Many times the story that was written has been reversed.

History teaches us that there is always the banana peel that slips and reverses factors making the narrative completely change. We have to stand firm on all our positions waiting for the narrative to be reversed. If we don't slow down, by 2035 it will all be over. The game is over."
