For a pedagogy of demand

On May 18, in Gorizia, at the Kulturni Dom, the Vivibensipo association is organizing the "Congress for a Pedagogy of Demand," a congress to question and discuss the actions to be put in place to lift the state of education and education in our country.
According to data from the European Commission (EACEA/Eurydice, 2022), high school dropout rates are accompanied by high percentages of pupils who, at the conclusion of Secondary School, have poor basic skills in Mathematics and Science and, as far as the Italian language is concerned, lack (one in five 15-year-olds) the ability to read fluently, aloud, a text, compounded by the even more serious failure to understand what is being read.
IppocrateOrg, which last July promoted the first National Conference on Parental Education and gave impetus to the establishment of the Federation of Parental Education and Instruction (FEIP), believes that good education is fundamental to the establishment of a knowledgeable society and was very pleased to accept the invitation to speak and bring its contribution to the conference in Gorizia.
