Healing nutrition course - 3rd edition

In this edition we address the topic of nutrition in a complex way, with a focus on aspects that are not generally considered as a whole . In fact, we will talk about nutrition starting from food awareness, from how we oxygenate ourselves and prepare our bodies for nourishment, to the water we drink, to the choice of foodstuff to its processing through practical lessons in healing cooking.

This edition will also discuss little-known topics such as medicinal mushrooms used in cooking and informed water in agriculture, told through the direct experience of producers.
